Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You will find our e-mail address at the top of the imprint. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
Liability for contents
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity. However, any liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law.
